FarmSide is in pilot preparation. This page summarizes the current privacy posture while the product is being tested.

Location

Location may be used for nearby discovery, stand placement, and user-initiated visit verification. FarmSide is designed to minimize precise location retention and avoid storing raw location history for normal browsing.

Stand submissions

Submitted stand details, photos, corrections, reports, and freshness updates may be reviewed before they affect public listings. Photos should avoid people, license plates, house numbers, children, and private areas.

Photos

The iOS app prepares submitted photos before upload so embedded image metadata is removed from the bytes FarmSide stores.
