Terms

FarmSide lets people discover, add, follow, and keep public-facing local roadside stands current.

Community use

Users may discover, add, report, and follow public-facing local stands. Users must not trespass or submit a home unless there is a clear public stand signal.

Safe submissions

Only submit stand information you believe is accurate and appropriate to share. Do not upload photos of private areas, people, children, license plates, mail, house numbers, or anything you do not have permission to share. Payment methods should stay general labels only, not personal payment handles.

Review

Community submissions, reports, claims, confirmations, and owner updates may be checked before they affect public trust labels or public content.

Reporting and blocking

The app includes stand reporting and local hiding controls so users can flag unsafe, private, duplicate, incorrect, or inappropriate content. FarmSide may remove content, limit access, reject submissions, or take other moderation action when needed to protect the service and its users.

Safety

FarmSide may remove unsafe, private, duplicate, misleading, or inappropriate content. Users are responsible for safe field behavior and must follow local laws, property boundaries, and posted stand instructions.

Accounts and deletion

If you create or use a FarmSide account, you are responsible for your use of that account. You can start an account deletion request in the app settings or by contacting support from the email linked to your account.

Accuracy

FarmSide relies on community and owner updates, so stand availability, goods, directions, hours, payment labels, and seasonal status may be incomplete or change without notice. Use your own judgment before visiting a stand.

Beta changes

Data accuracy, notifications, owner tools, recognition, and collection features may change before launch.
