These terms apply when you use the FarmSide app, website, public stand pages, owner tools, or support services. By using FarmSide, you agree to these terms.

Using FarmSide

You can use FarmSide to discover, add, save, follow, report, and maintain public-facing local stands. You must follow local laws, property boundaries, posted instructions, and safe driving practices. Do not trespass. Do not submit a private home unless there is a clear public stand at that location.

Your account

You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping access to your account secure. Give accurate information. Do not impersonate another person or falsely claim a stand. You can request account deletion in the app settings or through support.

Your content

Only submit information that you believe is accurate and that you have the right to share. You keep ownership of your content. You give FarmSide a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, resize, moderate, display, and distribute the content as needed to provide and promote FarmSide. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for copies that remain for legal, security, backup, or moderation purposes.

Community standards

Do not submit nudity, sexual content, child sexual abuse material, threats, harassment, hate content, graphic violence, self-harm content, scams, spam, malware, illegal goods, false claims, or content that violates another person's rights. Do not submit private areas, readable license plates, mail, private documents, children, or sensitive personal information.

Display names, avatars, stand photos, owner updates, and other public contributions must follow these rules. Automated filters and human review can delay, reject, hide, or remove content.

Reporting and blocking

You can report unsafe, private, false, or abusive content. You can block a contributor to hide that contributor's public updates. FarmSide reviews reports and can remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or close accounts. Serious safety reports receive priority. We can keep limited evidence and moderation records after content or an account is removed.

Physical goods and payment information

FarmSide helps people find stands that sell physical goods. FarmSide does not process those purchases. A stand owner can list accepted methods such as cash, card, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or an owner-provided payment handle. A payment handle is public information. Owners must only list a handle they are authorized to use.

Buyers and sellers are responsible for physical-goods transactions, refunds, taxes, pricing, and disputes. Do not use FarmSide to sell digital goods or services. Do not use a FarmSide listing or update to request payment for digital content or to avoid Apple's in-app purchase rules.

Stand ownership and owner tools

Owner tools are for a person who is authorized to manage the stand. FarmSide can correct, transfer, limit, or remove owner access when ownership information is false, disputed, unsafe, or no longer current.

Accuracy

FarmSide relies on community and owner information. Stand availability, goods, directions, hours, payment details, prices, and seasonal status can be incomplete or change without notice. Confirm important details before a special trip. FarmSide does not guarantee a stand, item, route, transaction, or result.

Service changes and availability

We can change, pause, or stop a feature. We can limit access to protect users, the service, or legal compliance. FarmSide is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, FarmSide disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

You can stop using FarmSide at any time. We can suspend or close access for a violation of these terms, a safety risk, abuse, fraud, or legal requirements. Terms that must continue by their nature remain effective after termination.

Changes to these terms

We can update these terms when FarmSide or legal requirements change. We will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms when allowed by law.
